4-6pm  Check-In & Campus Tours
Stop by the check-in table to pick-up your nametag that will get you into all the events you registered for.  Enjoy a campus tour and check out   the changes that have occurred since last you were here.
Location:  John Allan Love Foundation Alumni House (Rain Site: University Center, Commons)

4-6pm  Alumni & Faculty Authors Meet & Greet *Open to public*
Come learn about the Alumni & Faculty Authors program, meet the authors and get a book signed.
Location: Emerson Library

4-9pm  Fallfestival   *Open to public*
Come one, come all, to an old-fashioned carnival for students, parents, alumni and their families. Enjoy rides, games and music on a beautiful fall evening.
Location: Garden Avenue & Lot L

5-7pm  May Gallery Exhibit & Reception
Enjoy a special reception and photo exhibit featuring the work of alumna Cindy Lappin '82 and Kevin Vogler.
Location: Sverdrup Building, Second Floor

6-8pm  Fallfest Welcome Reception
All alumni and parents are invited to this opening celebration with special cheers to Alumni Honor Classes of ’39, ’44, ’49, ’54, ’59, ’64, ’69, ’74, ’79, ’84, ’89, and ’99.  Enjoy drinks, appetizers and entertainment while reconnecting with classmates, friends, faculty and meeting new friends.
Special new opportunity: Have your picture taken in the Fallfest Photobooth!

6-8pm Hunt Gallery Opening and Reception with Artist Grant W. Miller
Stop by the Hunt Gallery to view the opening of artist and painter, Grant W. Miller.  Artist opening remarks at 6:45 pm.  The Gallery will open its doors at 4pm.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10th



11:30am  Golden Circle Luncheon
The class of 1959, celebrating 50 years, will be inducted into the Golden Circle. All “Golden Circle” alumni will receive a separate invitation to this event.
Location: Le Chateau

12:15  Dance Performance

Current dance majors perform an environmental, improvisonational, structured perfromance.  Artistic Director, Mary Ann Rund.  Location: Quad

12:30-2:00pm  Parents Picnic
Parents and their students are invited to enjoy a picnic on the quad with the Dean of Students Ted Hoef before the kick-off to the Flag Football Game.
Location: Quad (Rain Site: University Center, Sunnen Lounge)

1:00pm  Tour of Loretto-Hilton Center
All Webster University Conservatory alums are invited to take a tour of  their old stomping grounds. Come check out the renovations to your home away from home during your time at Webster.
Location: Loretto-Hilton Center

1:30 & 3:30  Home Volleyball Games
Come cheer on the Women’s Volleyball team as they take on local rivals.   The Athletic Hall of Fame honorees will also be recognized in between games.
Location: Grant Gymnasium, University Center

2-3pm  5th Annual Student vs. Alumni & Parents Flag Football Game
Don’t miss the fun of this homecoming tradition. The alumni welcome the parents to their team as they look for revenge from last year’s loss to the students.

Location: Quad

2:00pm  Special Matinee of Company and Cocktail Reception
Conservatory alums are invited to this special matinee of the Conservatory production of Stephen Sondheim’s Company. A cocktail reception will immediately follow in the Costume Shop.
Location: Loretto-Hilton Center

3-5pm Jazz Reception *Open to public*
Join the African-American Alumni Chapter for an afternoon of music,  food and dancing before the festivities of Saturday night. $5 per person.

4:00pm  1960's Alumni Happy Hour
Join the rest of your classmates from the 1960s for a trip down memory lane.
Location: Webster Hall, first floor

5-8pm  Taste of Webster
Pick up coupons during Friday’s check-in and reception to get discounts on meals at many of Webster Groves’ wonderful neighborhood restaurants.

8-11pm  Trivia Challenge (doors open at 7:30pm) *Open to public*
$10 per person/ $5 students
The St. Louis Alumni Chapter invites you to form a team of 6-10 players  or come to join a team and have a great time! Highest scoring team wins the jackpot. Prize for best table theme.  Bring your own snacks and soda.  Please not University policy prohibits bringing beer or alcohol onto campus.  Thank you for your compliance.

10am  Reunion Mass

Location: Winifred Moore Auditorium

 

11am  Service of the Spirit

A nondenominational service to celebrate and remember the spirit and lives of all 70’s classmates.

Location: Blackburn Park (corner of Edgar and Jackson Roads)

 

11:15am  Blue & Gold Brunch

All alumni, parents and their families are invited to attend. One last chance to see old friends and create new memories. Includes presentation of the Mary Elizabeth Newell Loyalty Award to Irma Tirro MA ’94 and hear from Webster University’s new President Dr. Elizabeth Stroble. $20 per person.

Location:  University Center, Grant Gymnasium
